The IELTS score is not mandatory for all the universities in Canada. But, it
is a very good idea to have an IELTS score if you are applying for a graduate
program.
There are many universities that don't require an IELTS score for
undergraduate programs. And, there are some universities that require a TOEFL
or SAT score instead of the IELTS scores.
